The information is strictly used solely used for the organization of the "Frontiers in Service" conference and the "Servsig doctoral consortium" 2023. Only the organizors of the "Frontiers in Service" conference and the "Servsig doctoral consortium" have access to the data, which is stored at Maastricht University for administrative purpose until the end of 2023, when all processes with respect to the conference and doctoral consortium have been finalized.

Participants can invoke their right of access to the stored personal data by sending an email to frontiers2023-sbe@maastrichtuniversity.nl. For questions or complaints about the privacy legislation, participants can contact privacy@maastrichtuniversity.nl.

Refunds Policy

Cancellation and refunds can be subject of a 20% charge of the purchase value. We do not guarantee the posibility for refunds.
